United Synagogue Youth (USY)
USY is our youth group/youth programming. USY is the Conservative movement-sponsored youth group. We host a local chapter here at Rodef Shalom. Our chapter will meet for fun social events and programs, and members will also have opportunities to connect with other USY groups through events, conferences, trips, etc.

Shabbat Trivia, Tea, and Torah
Join Mike Landes for this gathering that combines equal parts fun and learning. It happens on the 2nd and 4th Shabbat of the month at 11:00 a.m. and is open to all teens in grades 8–12. No pre-registration is required. Teens meet outside Rabbi Kobrin's office at 11:00 a.m.
Confirmation
Confirmation, taught by Nate Koch, with some sessions with Rabbi Kobrin, will meet on the 1st and 3rd Shabbat of the month at 11:00 a.m. The class is for all students in grades 8–12 and starts on Saturday, October 21st. The total cost for the course is $180 to cover books/materials. Please note, if you plan to send your child(ren) on IST and want to get the Bloom scholarship money, this is the required class. This year, the confirmation class will begin with learning Mishnah. As the class progresses, students will move through other texts and materials covering a range of topics, including Jewish practice, current events, and social and environmental justice.
Lastly, we partner with Jewish Colorado and other synagogue communities throughout the year for special events.
